At Mr. Liquidator Mattress Outlet, we’re here to help you find the perfect mattress for a great night’s sleep! Our team is dedicated to assisting you in selecting a product that fits your comfort and support needs. To help you make the right choice, we invite you to visit our showroom and try our selection of mattresses before purchasing.
No Returns or Exchanges on Opened Products
Please note that once a mattress is removed from its original packaging, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange. This includes any removal of the protective bag your mattress arrives in. We take hygiene and quality seriously, and ensuring the integrity of our products is key to upholding these standards.
Returning Unopened Products
If you have an unopened mattress still in its original packaging, we can accept a return within 30 days of purchase. In this case, you would be responsible for bringing the product back to our store, along with your receipt.
Protecting Your Warranty
To help you enjoy your new mattress to its fullest, please remember that certain factors may void your warranty. These include:
- Not using a proper supportive base as per warranty guidelines
- Staining or soiling your mattress (we highly recommend using a mattress protector!)
Adjusting to Your New Mattress
Every new mattress requires an adjustment period. You may feel some initial discomfort as your body adapts to a fresh, supportive sleep surface. This is completely normal! Body impressions less than 1.5 inches are considered standard and show that your mattress is adjusting to your body’s unique shape. To help with this process, rotating your mattress occasionally can promote even wear.
