Simply let us know before you buy and show us the current lower price – we’ll verify it and drop our price 5% below the competitor’s. What qualifies as a “comparable mattress”? It doesn’t need to have the exact model name, but it should be from the same brand or of equivalent quality, with similar materials, construction, size, and features. (For example, if the competitor’s mattress uses the same type of coil system or foam and has a similar thickness and comfort level as one of ours, it’s a match.) We’re happy to help determine if a mattress is equivalent – our goal is a fair apples-to-apples comparison. Conditions: The competing mattress price must come from a retail store located in British Columbia (online-only sellers and private sales are not eligible). The mattress must be new, in stock, and sold under the same terms (standard warranty, etc.). Just bring in the advertisement, flyer, or written quote showing the lower price and details — we require proof so we can verify the price and product specs. Our team may contact the other store or check their website to confirm the deal. When to claim: Please request the price beat at the time of purchase. This guarantee is only valid before you buy – we cannot adjust prices after the sale is complete. No exceptions: Unlike some other stores, we don’t exclude any mattresses or any types of sales. Whether it’s a regular sale, a clearance special, or a limited-time promotion, if it’s a comparable mattress sold in a BC store, it qualifies.
